You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing AppMentor's name or trademarks without the express written consent of AppMentor. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by AppMentor. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of AppMentor so long as the link does not portray AppMentor, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any AppMentor logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

COOKIES AND PERSONAL DATA
AppMentor makes use of cookie technology for two purposes: to provide value to the user experience and for tracking with advertising and affiliate programs. In absolutely no circumstances will AppMentor store personal identification information in cookies it places on users' browsers without first asking for permission.
For user experience, AppMentor might store a cookie on your machine that includes information such as which posts in a forum you have already read. This enables AppMentor to allow you to jump straight into a conversation without scrolling through previous posts. The usage of cookies for user experience are not limited to this example, but all follow this mindset. In no instances whatsoever will AppMentor store any personal information on your cookie without first asking for your permission.
For advertising and affiliate tracking, cookies simply identify that your browser originated from an external link or referral. This could be from a partner website, a newsletter, among other things.
AppMentor also utilizes the Google Adwords cookie. In this manner, AppMentor includes Google code as part of the user "checkout" process when a user makes a purchase on the website. In addition to AppMentor using Google code, Google also uses cookie technology so it can identify that your browser originated from a google advertisement. FURTHER PRIVACY DETAILS
Because your privacy is important to us, AppMentor operates by these principles:
1. We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). We use your Personal Information to operate AppMentor, and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from AppMentor. Our customers' names will never be shared with anyone.
2. AppMentor will keep customer essays strictly confidential to be seen only by AppMentor editors (known on the Site as “mentors”) and AppMentor management.
3. If at any time you believe the Site has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to info@appmentor.com and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem. If you have questions about this policy, please e-mail us at info@appmentor.com.

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. AppMentor does sell products for people under age 18, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use AppMentor only with involvement of a parent or guardian. AppMentor and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

MENTOR VERIFICATION
First and foremost, advice from Mentors is in no way endorsed by the University or Program of which the Mentor is affiliated with. Feedback from a Mentor is the sole opinion of the Mentor. AppMentor ensures that each Mentor is a current student or an alumnus of the school that is specified on the Site. This verification includes one or more of the following: inspecting scanned documents that verify that the Mentor is an alumnus or current student of an indicated school; inspecting a scanned copy of the Mentor’s school ID; verifying the Mentor’s email address as a valid school email address.

MENTOR TERMS
By signing up for an account as a Mentor on the Site, a user agrees that all documents used for verification and information provided are accurate. AppMentor is not liable for forgery. By signing up as a Mentor on the Site, Mentors agree to never share any material that is uploaded to the Site with any individuals outside of AppMentor management. By signing up to be a Mentor on the Site, Mentors acknowledge that all essays are the sole property of the users who uploaded the essays, and Mentors confirm that they will not distribute essays. By signing up on the Site, Mentors confirm that they have no current affiliations with admissions offices at any of the schools related to which AppMentor provides services. Mentors also agree to remove themselves from accepting active new projects if they form an affiliation with such an admissions office in the future. If management at AppMentor finds that a Mentor has violated any of these agreements, AppMentor has the right to terminate the Mentor’s account on the Site immediately. If a Mentor violates any of these guidelines, the Mentor assumes all liabilities for his or her actions and AppMentor is not liable from the repercussions of such violations. AppMentor also reserves the right to change the pricing scheme and Mentor payout at any time, at its sole discretion; provided, however, that AppMentor shall promptly inform Mentors via email about any such changes. AppMentor also reserves the right to terminate or suspend Mentor accounts at its discretion.

MENTOR BLOGS
Mentors on the Site have the ability to post entries ("Content") that are published on AppMentor as blogs. This section describes the rights that AppMentor and Mentors have in respect to these blogs.

AppMentor's Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that AppMentor owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service. You also agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service. As described immediately below, Google Rights do not include third-party content used as part of the Service, including the content of communications appearing on the Service.

MENTOR INELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
AppMentor claims no ownership or control over any Content submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through AppMentor services. You, the Mentor, or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any Content you submit, post or display on or through Google services and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through AppMentor services which are intended to be available to the members of the public, you grant AppMentor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish and distribute such Content on AppMentor services for the purpose of displaying and distributing AppMentor services. AppMentor furthermore reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any Content in its sole discretion.
You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content submitted.
You may choose to submit, post, and display any materials on or through the AppMentor service under a public license (e.g. a Creative Commons license), whether by manually marking your materials as such or using AppMentor service tools to do so. For avoidance of doubt, AppMentor is not a party to any such public license between you and any third party. Also, for avoidance of doubt, AppMentor may choose to exercise the rights granted under (a) the public license or licenses, if any, you apply to your materials or (b) this Agreement.

Mentor's agree to the following terms by posting Content onto AppMentor blogs You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Service, for any posts you make, and for any consequences thereof. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence and all United States export control laws.

ASK-A-STUDENT-FORUM While the administrators and moderators of this forum from AppMentor will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum from AppMentor have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. Feedback from Mentors are solely the opinion of the Mentor who provides the feedback. Universities and programs do not endorse the feedback provided. Mentors have no affiliation with admissions offices at any program.
Visitors may post reviews, comments, essays, resumes, and other content; send other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. AppMentor reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material including essays and resumes, you grant AppMentor a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to edit, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content subject to the Privacy Agreement. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify AppMentor or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. AppMentor has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from AppMentor are delivered within the Site. Users are notified when feedback is available for viewing. AppMentor will make every possible effort to notify you on time that your feedback is available via an email to your email address, but we cannot be responsible for technical difficulties related to the checking of your personal email account.

SERVICE / PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
AppMentor and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. If a customer is rejected by college, graduate school, professional programs or potential employers, the customer has no legal recourse against AppMentor LLC EVEN IF APPMENTOR.COM WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting AppMentor, you agree that the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AppMentor or its affiliates.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to AppMentor or to products you purchase through AppMentor shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New Jersey in a court that is geographically closest to the main office of AppMentor LLC, in Mullica Hill, NJ except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate AppMentor's intellectual property rights, AppMentor may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

EDITING ORDERS
AppMentor is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any editing service under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by AppMentor. AppMentor will seek to satisfy every unsatisfied customer in a way it deems reasonable this may include extended editor interaction, editing by multiple editors, etc. AppMentor also reserves the right to use its work in instructional or promotional material subject to the Privacy Agreement.
In no event will AppMentor LLC, its officers, directors, employees, editors, and representatives be held liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of income or data, loss of or damage to property, and claims of customers or third parties arising from any customers' rejection from any undergraduate, graduate, or professional program or employment opportunity of any kind.
